The supporter form sends your preferences privately to Planet Pixel through Netlify Forms. Submissions are available in our private Netlify project dashboard and aren’t displayed on this website.

What we collect and why

We ask for the payment app and the handle or display name on your payment so we can match contributions manually. A form submission is not payment or proof of payment, and payment apps don’t necessarily provide contact information.

Your optional credit name and anonymous-credit choice help us prepare intended “Additional Special Thanks” credits. A credit name may be published in completed films your contribution helps fund. If you choose anonymity, we won’t include your name in the credits. An anonymous-credit choice takes precedence over any credit name entered.

An optional email lets us send early viewing links when available. We send occasional film and behind-the-scenes updates only if you explicitly select that option. Providing an email alone does not opt you into film updates.

Your choices

You can leave out your email, remain anonymous in credits, and decline film updates. To correct your preferences, request deletion of your supporter form information, or unsubscribe, contact eric@planetpixel.co. You can also unsubscribe by replying to an update.

How information is handled

We use the form details for payment matching and your selected supporter preferences. Contact information is not published. Netlify processes form submissions as our hosting and form provider, including spam filtering. No payment is processed on this website; payments take place through Cash App or Venmo under their own privacy practices.

We do not ask for your phone number, payment password, bank details, or card information. Keep email addresses and phone numbers out of payment notes, which may be public.

We keep supporter details for as long as they’re needed to manage contribution matching and the preferences you’ve shared, or until you request deletion, subject to any recordkeeping requirements that apply.
